Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order and must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable items (such as food, chocolates, or flowers)

  • Gift baskets that have been opened or partially used

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Brissy Gifts with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Delivery Issues

Brissy Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
